CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.23683 of 2017 20.07.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash award, dated 08.04.2017, in Lok Adalat Case No.36 of 2017 (in respect of O.S.No.190 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Parchur) passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Parchur and consequently, to restore the aforesaid O.S. to file.

After arguing the case, Mr.C.M.R.Velu, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition with proper averments and impleading proper and necessary parties, including the lawyers, who allegedly mislead the petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.29300 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
