This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 27.04.2012, in IA.No.275 of 2010 in OS.No.18 of 2010, on the file of the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Warangal. Heard both the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The issue relating to mesne profits, as raised in this Civil Revision Petition, can be adjudicated in the suit itself, if necessary, by framing an additional issue. As the suit was filed in 2010, the Court below is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
