THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.3264 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the proceedings of the 1st respondent in RC No.105/ 08/ CPO/ SKL/ pio-IV, dated 09.02.2009, as illegal and arbitrary as the same is not in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.719, dated 18.10.2008. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while admitting the writ petition on 19.02.2009, this Court passed the following order in WPMP No.4254 of 2009:

" Pending further orders, it is directed that the respondents shall not allot more than one work to any individual by nomination. If the respondents intend to get the work executed, by a specialized agency, it shall be open to them to invite tenders from qualified contractors" , and in view of the same, no further orders are required in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 19.02.2009 WPMP No.4254 of 2009. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
