HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4159 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the order of the 2nd respondent dated 29.09.2004.

This Court dismissed the writ petition against the 1st respondent by an order dated 23.06.2011. Inasmuch as the writ petition stands dismissed against the 1st respondent who infact was granted the relief by the 2nd respondent-Tribunal, the writ petition does not survive no longer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
