It is submitted by Sri P.V.S.S.S. Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing writ petition, the petitioner herein has availed alternate remedy by filing O.A.No.102 of 2008 before the Tribunal constituted under the Endowments Act, as such no further orders are necessary. The statement is placed on record.

In view of the above, writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy, already availed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
