ORDER:

Petitioners state that they are owners and possessors of an extent of Ac.12.20 guntas of land in Sy.No1112 of Medchal village and Mandal, as per registered sale deed bearing document No.10582/2013 dated 02.07.2013. Petitioners filed a representation dated 03.03.2015 seeking mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

2. On 09.09.2015, when the writ petition was heard, it was noticed that the petitioners had not made any application in accordance with the Rules framed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, hence, liberty was granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate application under Form-VI(A).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that appropriate application has, accordingly, been made under Form-VI(A) on 11.09.2015, which is also acknowledged by the fourth respondent.

4. Heard learned Government Pleader.

5. In view of the pendency of the aforesaid application, made in the proforma prescribed, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law,

within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J October 5, 2015 DSK
