When the matter is taken up for hearing today through Video Conferencing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the liling of present writ petition, the respondent police authorities based on the complaint made by the petitioner registered a case vide Crime No.524 of 2O2O, dated 28.06.2020, and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication of this Court.
Having regard to the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
