THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34055 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.1, O.D.Cheruvu Village and Mandal in Anantapuramu District. On the basis of the report of the Tahsildar, dated 22.05.2015, the suspension-cum-show cause notice was issued on 26.05.2015 by the second respondent suspending the authorisation of the petitioner and asking him to submit the explanation within fifteen days. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 08.06.2015. When no orders were passed in the said proceedings, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the pendency of the enquiry before the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to consider the merits of the case. However, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and pass final orders thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 13.10.2015 vs
