This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to fill up the post of Head Master in S.B.V.D. Sabha High School, Pullampet, Kadapa District, as per Rules and as per seniority of B.Ed. School Assistants.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner when he was aged 55 years. By this time, he might have attained the age of superannuation. As such, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
