THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7022 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in taking appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner and others dated 11.12.2017, 18.12.2017 and 23.01.2018 requesting to protect the graveyard situated in the subject land.

The petitioner claims to be the President of Village Development Committee, which is an unregistered society. If the petitioner is interested in protecting the subject property belonging to the villagers, he has to file a Public Interest Litigation case, but the present Writ Petition is not maintainable.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed subject to the above observations. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
