HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.423 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard.

In the course of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that in Crime No.4 of 2017, the police of Rajagopalpet Police Station filed final report in the form of charge sheet and the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet, has taken cognizance for the offences against the accused persons by allotting C.C.No.225 of 2017.

Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to impugne the said police final report and the cognizance order with Part - II Case Diary. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
