Sri Subba Reddy. S., learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to approach the competent authority and only thereafter, if the grievance subsists, approach this Court seeking appropriate remedy.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
