HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.457 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.102 of 2008 from the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court at Nirmal, Adilabad District, and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge Court at Nirmal, Adilabad District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 14.10.2015.
