HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.496 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the judgment dated 24.11.2016 in Criminal Appeal No.115 of 2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ husband.

The revision petitioner is respondent in D.V.C.No.25 of 2013.

The relationship between the petitioner and respondent No.1 herein of wife and husband is not in dispute of the subsisting marriage. The petitioner/ husband claims that he is a retired officer and getting pension of Rs.25,000/ - p.m. even there from his further contention of he got another wife and children, that is suffice to say in substantial conclusion arrived by the trial Court and also confirmed by the lower appellate Court of domestic violence and entitled to maintenance, out of the monitory reliefs under Section 20(d) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 32 of 2005.

Having regard to the above, there is nothing to interfere even with the quantum of Rs.4,000/ - p.m. but for to grant four months time from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to pay all arrears in four equal monthly installments in addition to the regular amount payable and if the petitioner fails to pay even one installment, execution petition stated pending, can be enforceable. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
