This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in amending the entries in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Survey No.339/3 and land to an extent of Ac.0.24 cents in Survey No.339/1 of Burandoddi Village, C.Belagal Mandal, Kurnool District, unilaterally, without issuing notice to the petitioner. 2.

Though the said allegation may be correct, this Court noticed that the petitioner did not invoke the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for correcting such an error and in the absence of the same, no relief can be granted in the present Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
