THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5656 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proceedings of the 3rd respondent in placing petitioner Fair Price Shop No.17 of K-Kottam Village, Kotanaduru Mandal, East Godavari District is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and set aside the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to restore the authorization of petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.17 of K-Kottam Village, Kotanaduru Mandal, East Godavari District and to distribute the essential commodities to the card holders."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram, while imposing fine of Rs.1,000/-, ordered restoration of the authorization of the petitioner herein and a copy of the said order is also placed on record. 3.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
