Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file fresh petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
