THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22661 of 2009 ORDER:
There is no representation for petitioner.
The prayers in the writ petition and miscellaneous petition are substantially one and the same.
On 15-03-2010, this court passed the following interim order :- "Even though proof of service of notice on the 1st respondent is filed, no counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 1st respondent nor any representation is made on its behalf.
In the circumstances, pending further orders, the 1st respondent-Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Ltd., Narsannapeta, is directed to pay if any amount due to the petitioner consequent upon his retirement, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today." Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by making interim order final order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
