This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioner/A.4, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.91 of 2010 on the file of Telkapalli Police Station, Mahabubnagar District.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 04.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Telkapalli Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, would submit that the matter was ended in acquittal as per judgment dated 21.3.2017 passed by Special SC/ST Mobile Court VII ADJ, Mahabubnagar in S.C.NO. 9 of 2014, and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner/A4 reported no objection.
