THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Contempt Case No.109 of 2015 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the decree of the trial court was executed and that the possession of the schedule property was handed over to the petitioner by the respondent/contemnor and that nothing survives in this contempt case.
He had, therefore, sought permission to withdraw the contempt case.
2. Recording the submission, permission is accorded. 3.
In the result, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall stand closed.
