Learned counsel appearing for petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given as sought.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
