THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.1299 of 2019 O R D E R:

This Revision is filed challenging the order dt.29.03.2019 in I.A.No.214 of 2019 in O.S.No.453 of 2016 of the IX Additional Senior Civil Judge, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District refusing to pass judgment in the suit in favour of the respondent/plaintiff against the petitioners under Order XII rule 6 CPC. 2.

In my considered opinion, the person who should be aggrieved by the impugned order is the respondent in the Revision and not the petitioners.

Therefore, I see no reason to entertain this Civil Revision Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. However, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
