HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1827 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the order passed in Rc.No.45/2015-C, dated 15-06-2015 by the Mandal Executive Magistrate & Tahsildar, Guntur, whereby the Mandal Executive Magistrate withdrawn the orders issued under Section 145 Cr.P.C. vide Rc.No.45/2015 C, dated 0402-2015 on the ground that the matter is settled between the parties in the presence of the Survey Officer. The main grievance of the petitioner herein is that the said order will cause prejudice to the suits filed by the petitioner herein.

This Court is of the view that any such compromise arrived between the parties in the presence of the Survey Officer will not have any effect on the suits pending before the Court between the parties.

With the above observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
