Devender, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri K. Sai Abhijit, learned counsel representing Sri B. Venkat Rama Rao, learned counsel for the respondents.

It is reported that pursuant to the orders of this Court, dated 10.07.2019, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat for recording the compromise.

In terms of the compromise memo filed by the appellants and the respondents, the Lok Adalat passed award on 13.07.2019 and remitted the matter back to this Court for taking the same on record and closing the matter.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties as per the award dated 13.07.2019 passed by the Lok Adalat, this Second Appeal is disposed of.
