HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.863 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the appellant does not press this writ appeal and seeks liberty to the appellant to file revision before the appropriate authority under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act').
The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the revision is filed within a period of two weeks under Section 9 of the Act, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall deal with the same and the application for interim order on merits, in accordance with law. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
