ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in imposing prohibitory orders under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code. Learned counsel on either side submits that the sole petitioner expired and due to passage of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
