OFFI CE NOTE 07.04.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking for modification of the orders passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.3950 of dated 26.03.2025.

Heard Mr. Mohd. Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 26.03.2025, when the petitioner approached the Station House Officer, Jeedimetla Police Station on 02.04.2025 to surrender himself, the Station House Officer is not accepting his surrender on various allegations. The petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. Unless the above said condition is modified, petitioner will be put to irreparable loss and great hardship.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not opposed for the same.

In view of the above said submission as well as the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is

OFFI CE NOTE ordered and modified the condition No.7(i) and (ii) as follows:

i) "Petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal, Medchal Malkajgiri District on or before 11.04.2025;

ii) On such surrender, the learned Magistrate is directed to release him on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate."

Except the said condition, the other conditions are not modified.
