THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3228 OF 2023 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.') by the petitioneraccused No.4 to quash the proceedings against him in p.R.C.No.53 of 2019 pending on the file of learned I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Rangareddy District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307 rlw L49 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the year 2018 and charge sheet was also filed in the year 20L9, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned I Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Rangareddy District, to conclude the process of trial in the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
