HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 24474 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 7th respondent in adding the name of the 9th respondent in the Voters List of the 6th respondent- Society after finalization of the Voters List. This Court while issuing notice before admission, directed that the vote of 9th respondent shall be kept in a sealed cover and should not be opened till the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 9th respondent did not attend for voting and election went on and a Committee was also formed and the Committee in turn elected the President.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
