This criminal appeal is filed by the petitioner to withdraw Criminal Appeal No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Special Judge for trial of the cases under S.C & S.T (POA) Act -cum- X Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, on the ground that they have entered compromise.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the criminal petition is allowed.
