It is reported by Sri Sourab Agarwal, Advocate, representing Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned counsel for appellant, that the appellant died' 2.

The record shows that originally the sole appellant by name Tajuddin died and his legal representative smt.Roshan was brought on record. At this juncture, it is reported that smt.Roshan also died and no StepsweretakentobringthelegalrepresentativesofSmt.Roshanon record and learned counsel for appellant also reported that there were no instructions from the parties as to the legal representatives of Smt. Roshan.

Taking on record the submission made by the learned counsel for appellant and no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the appellant on record, this Appeal is dismissed as abated. 4.
