Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Pleader for Finance & Planning appearing for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for both the parties stated that the lis in the writ petition is covered order dated 11.04.2012 passed by this Court in WP.No.6090 of 2011.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 11.04.2012 in WP.No.6090 of 2011, this writ petition is disposed in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
