HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:34474 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 to 4 to investigate into Crime No.121 of 2014 and file a final report. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the complaint filed by him before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, against the unofficial respondents, who trespassed into his land along with rowdy elements and demolished some portion of the house and shop room, was referred to the 3rd respondent. But the police did not choose to conduct investigation.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to conduct investigation in the above crime, complete the same and file a final report, within three months month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
