The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not completing enquiry in pursuance of his notice dated 06.02.2016 issued to the petitioner and 4th respondent and not passing final order, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently DIRECT the respondents Nos. 1 to 3 to seize/close the bore well of the 4th respondent situated in Sy.No. 38/1 of Palavai Village, Kalyanadurg Mandal, Anatapurarum District by passing final orders..."

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that 3rd respondent will complete the enquiry initiated through notice dated 06.02.2016 within two weeks from today. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
