This appeal is filed under Section 42 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 challenging the orders dated 07.02.2017 in MP-PMLA-2979/HYD/2016 (Stay), MP-PMLA2980/HYD/2016 (Exem.) and FPA-PMLA-1579/HYD/2016 on the file of the Appellate Tribunal, Prevention of Money Laundering Act at New Delhi.

Heard Sri Syed Ahmed Saud, the learned counsel, representing Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for Enforcement Directorate and Sri C.V.Mohan Reddy, the learned Senior Counsel, representing Sri Rajesh Maddy, the learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that both the parties may be permitted to urge the points raised in this appeal before the Appellate Tribunal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, both the parties are directed to approach the Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi and urge the points raised in this appeal before it. The Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi is hereby directed

not to take any coercive steps against the officials upto 03.05.2017.

With the above directions, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
