CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce petitioner's father namely Sri Enshetty Sudarshan, Aged about 57 years, Occ: Business, R/o.H.No.1-6-226/6, Near Brahmamgari Temple, Ramnagar, Hyderabad, before this Hon'ble High Court who detained in Central Prison, Charlapally Medchal-Malkajgiri district, vide Detention Order No.08/PBM/CCRB/PKD/2018 dated 27.02.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent and set him at liberty". 2.
