Heard learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent No.5.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court as and when cause of action arises.
