It is stated by both sides that the suit out of which the Revision arose is disposed of on 23-03-2015.

Therefore, this Revision has became infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps to question the decree and if advised, also challenge the correctness of the impugned order in any appeal, which she may choose to file against the said decree. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
