THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3983 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 03.09.2014 in I.A.No.853 of 2014 in O.S.No.1363 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
