THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.26 of 2015 ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., to withdraw C.C. No.475 of 2013 from the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Zaheerabad, Medak District and transfer the same to the file of the court of IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
