THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL NO.879 OF 2008 O R D E R: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This appeal arises out of the order dated 01.08.2008 passed by a learned Judge in WPMP No.11913 of 2008 in W.P.No.8987 of 2008 refusing interim relief to the appellant/writ petitioner.

2. The writ appeal was admitted on 20.08.2008 but the Division Bench which heard the matter at that point of time however refused to grant interim relief to the appellant/writ petitioner.

3. It is therefore too late in the day for the appellant/writ petitioner to seek adjudication of this appeal on the question of his entitlement to interim relief in a writ petition filed as long back as in the year 2008. It is for the appellant/writ petitioner to pursue the main relief in the writ petition which is perhaps ripe for hearing.

The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
