THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10503 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the Station House Officer concerned, twice a week, i.e., on every Sunday and Wednesday between 9.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders, by order, dated 17.04.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1002 of 2015 by the Court of the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad,. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aged about 60 years, that they are suffering from old age ailments and they are the permanent residents of Bangalore and as such, prays this Court to relax the condition as mentioned above.
