THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2690 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), is filed by the petitioner-A2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.255 of 2017 of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 506, 509 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A2, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent-State and perused the record.

The petitioner is a Quazi. It is alleged that at the instance of petitioner, the brother of de facto complainant had threatened the de facto complainant with dire consequences.

It appears that there is animosity between the parties to the petition. The truth or otherwise of the allegations requires to be investigated. Under these circumstances, the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file final report without arresting the petitioner-A2 in Crime No.255 of 2017 of Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur District.
