THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8570 of 2019 O R D E R:

The allegation of the petitioners in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are making constructions in the premises bearing Municipal Nos.21-1-591, 21-1-682, 21-1-684, 21-1-685 and 21-1-685/1 situated at Rikabgunj, Hyderabad, Telangana State, without obtaining permission as mandated under the Municipal Laws.

Except making the above said allegation, the petitioners have not made any effort to obtain information from the Municipal Corporation as to whether any permission was granted in favour of respondent Nos.4 and 5. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to obtain information by invoking the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 with respect to the particulars of the above said premises, on which, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are making constructions. On receipt of such information, if the petitioners are satisfied that the constructions made by respondent Nos.4 and 5 are without permission, they are at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court.
