The inaction of respondent No.3 in preventing respondent Nos.4 to 8 from proceeding with an illegal construction is questioned in this writ petition. At the hearing, Mr. K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the writ petition, respondent No.3 has issued a notice to the private respondents on 22.10.2015 informing them that they shall not proceed with the construction without obtaining permission.
Mr. K. Ramakrishna, learned counsel representing Mr. G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj Institutions (TS) appearing for respondent No.3, submitted that in pursuance of the above mentioned notice, respondent Nos.4 to 8 have stopped further construction.
In the light of the above subsequent events, the petitioner's grievance stood redressed and the writ petition is accordingly closed. As a sequel to closure of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.38134 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
