This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.24 of 2011 ( originally on the file of PS Pedapadu) now on the file of CID, RCIU, Guntur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 384, 506(2) r/ w 156(3) Cr.P.C. During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the police after investigation filed final report before the Court concerned stating action dropped on 5.12.2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
