HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P No.6325 of 2015 IN/ AND Crl.P. No.6422 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings of Crime No.41 of 2015 of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 and 1st respondent/ de facto complainant are present. The 1st respondent/ de facto complainant filed compromise petition along with joint memo stating that petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 and 1st respondent -de facto complainant have settled the matter amicably outside the Court at the intervention of elders, on the petitioners by paying Rs.3,50,000/- towards full settlement of the monetary claims of 1st respondent-de facto complainant including future maintenance and she has already received Rs.1,50,000/- vide DD No.227686 dated 18.03.2015 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad and at the time of withdrawing DVC No.61 of 2015 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad she has received the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- vide DD No.763192 dated 15.06.2015 and sought for permission to compound the offences.

3) Having heard and in the interest and welfare of de facto complainant, Crl.P.M.P. No.6325 of 2015 is ordered and permission is accorded and the offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC are compounded.

4) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.41 of 2015 of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
