Learned counsel for the petitioners states that 1st petitioner's representation dated 29-12-2015 for issuance of pattadar pass book and mutation of his name is pending and a direction can be issued to dispose of the same.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that proper application is to be made to the Tahsildar instead of Revenue Divisional Officer. As such, it is for the petitioner to make appropriate application to the 5th respondent as per the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and rules made thereunder. In view of the same without expressing any opinion on merits, on petitioners making such application, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 17-08-2016
