This petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar, in Crl.P.No.2420 of 2017 dated 03.07.2017 in connection with Crime No.83 of 2017 of Shamshabad Excise Police Station.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
