It is represented by both the counsel that the matter covered by the present Civil Revision Petition, which arose out of an order dated 02.12.2013 in CMA.No.13 of 2013 on the file of the Court of III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gadwal, is settled out of the Court. A memo along with a copy of the compromise is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. In view of the settlement of the matter out side the Court, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
